“I’m so lucky that we found Ellen on Rover. It was Dobi’s first time boarding at someone else’s house since we got him as a rescue dog. We only had him for a couple months before having a weekend trip that we had planned before we had him. Ellen was not worried at all and after a meet and greet with her sweet dogs Dobi joined the pack! He is so excited to see her and her dogs whenever we run into them too. I can tell he had the happiest time at her home (which was designed to keep dogs comfortable and safe)! Dobi will be seeing Ellen again for sure!”

“I just loved Pamela! Upon our meet and greet she made both Zoe and I feel completely at ease…not an easy task for Zoe. She has every aspect of potential issues covered. Zoe prefers to be the “only” dog, but she met another at pamalas and did great. Her stay was brief but I received daily photos and updates, honestly wasn’t sure I’d get her back I felt so comfortable with Pamela. We don’t leave Zoe often but I’ll definitely book again when the need arises!”

“This is my first time using the service, and I am more than happy with Ashley! We were gone for a week, and I was really nervous about leaving my boy James with someone he didn’t know. But let me just say how incredibly comfortable, Ashley made him feel,( as well as me! ) She constantly sent daily videos and pictures, along with updates! It made me feel so relaxed and I was able to enjoy my vacation! James has special-needs, and he is elderly, Ashley was so accommodating to his needs! She has given me great advice on how to care for him once he got home. her expertise and experience with special needs dogs is very helpful and I trust her knowledge . The love that she shows to her animals is so beautiful, and I loves that she treated James just like her own! “Ashley did a wonderful job caring for our dog. He's anxious in new situations and Ashley was conscientious and accommodating, always giving him the space he needed to warm up to being in this new environment. She ran anything in question (like food and exercise) past us first. This was much appreciated, as we had a bad experience when a previous Rover sitter made inappropriate decisions involving our dog without consulting us first. Ashley kept us updated with frequent communication (which I love), along with photos and videos. She also cooked for him and brushed his teeth. :oD We will definitely use her again!”
